urealp.ads warnsw.ads: Add WARNING line(s) in commentary.
* atree.h, elists.h, namet.h, nlists.h, repinfo.h, scos.h,
stringt.h, types.h, uintp.h, urealp.h: Tidy up.
* fe.h: Likewise. Document WARNING mark.
