* Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
* Makefile.am (ZIP): Removed.
(libgcj-$(gcc_version).jar): Use $(JAR).
(src.zip): Likewise.
* configure: Rebuilt.
* configure.ac: Check for jar. Removed code to set ZIP.
