TILE-Gx big endian support.

* configure.ac (tilepro-*-*) Change to tilepro*-*-*.
(tilegx-*-*): Change to tilegx*-*-*.
* configure: Regenerate.

* config-list.mk (LIST): Add tilegxbe-linux-gnu.
