configure.ac: add support for GNU/kFreeBSD, accepted by upstream for gc 6.8.

for gc 6.8.
* dyn_load.c: Likewise.
* include/gc.h: Likewise.
* private/gcconfig.h: Likewise.
* configure: Regenerate.
* include/gc_config.h.in: Regenerate.
