Makefile.am (sources): Add globals.cc.

	* src/Makefile.am (sources): Add globals.cc.
	* src/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
	* src/globals.cc: New file.
	* src/ios.cc (cin): Don't define here, just declare extern.
	(cout): Likewise.
	(cerr): Likewise.
	(clog): Likewise.
	(wcin): Likewise.
	(wcout): Likewise.
	(wcerr): Likewise.
	(wclog): Likewise.
