Makefile.in (toplev.o): Add dependency on dwarf2asm.h.
* Makefile.in (toplev.o): Add dependency on dwarf2asm.h. * toplev.c: Include dwarf2asm.h for prototype of dw2_output_indirect_constants. From-SVN: r42165
