Make CONSTRUCTOR use VEC to store initializers.
* c-common.c (complete_array_type): Update to cope with VEC in CONSTRUCTOR_ELTS. * c-pretty-print.c (pp_c_initializer_list): Use pp_c_constructor_elts.
