semantics.c (RECHAIN_STMTS): Remove `last' parameter.
* semantics.c (RECHAIN_STMTS): Remove `last' parameter. (RECHAIN_STMTS_FROM_LAST): Remove. Replace all uses with RECHAIN_STMTS. (RECHAIN_STMST_FROM_CHAIN): Likewise. From-SVN: r29256
