libgomp.texi: Impl. status fix/addition
libgomp/ChangeLog:
* libgomp.texi (OpenMP 5.1 Impl. Status): Add two new minor items.
(OpenMP 5.2 Impl. Status): Improve omp/omx/ompx wording.
