Fix nightly rustc warnings
libgrust/ChangeLog:
* libformat_parser/Cargo.toml:
Used crate-type instead of depricated crate_type.
* libformat_parser/generic_format_parser/src/lib.rs:
Remove dead code.
* libformat_parser/src/lib.rs: Likewise.
