re PR bootstrap/48135 (build fails on Solaris2.8 due to Glob.pm not found within /usr/perl5)
PR bootstrap/48135
* doc/install.texi (Prerequisites): Move Perl to build
requirements. Always necessary on Solaris 2 with Sun ld.
