reload.c (SMALL_REGISTER_CLASS_P): New.
* reload.c (SMALL_REGISTER_CLASS_P): New. (push_secondary_reload, find_reusable_reload, find_reloads): Use it instead of testing only the class size. From-SVN: r92221
