Docs, OpenMP: Small fixes to internal OMP_FOR doc.
gcc/ChangeLog:
* doc/generic.texi (OpenMP): Add != to allowed
conditions and state that vars can be unsigned.
* tree.def (OMP_FOR): Likewise.
