install.texi (Specific, [...]): Update for binutils 2.21.
* doc/install.texi (Specific, alpha*-dec-osf5.1): Update for binutils 2.21. (Specific, i?86-*-solaris2.[89]): Likewise. (Specific, i?86-*-solaris2.10): Likewise. (Specific, mips-sgi-irix6): Likewise.
