winnt.c (gen_stdcall_suffix): Quit summation of total parm size if a parm has incomplete type.
* config/i386/winnt.c (gen_stdcall_suffix): Quit summation of
total parm size if a parm has incomplete type.
(gen_fastcall_suffix): Likewise.
