configure.in: Removed references to the removed file

        * configure.in: Removed references to the removed file
        * config/xm-netbsd.h. Use ${cpu_type}/xm-netbsd.h for
        * arm*-*-netbsd* and ns32k-*-netbsd*.
        * config/i386/xm-netbsd.h: Removed unnecessary file.
        * config/m68k/xm-netbsd.h: Likewise.
        * config/sparc/xm-netbsd.h: Likewise.
        * config/mips/xm-netbsd.h: Likewise.
