sp64-elf.h ({CPP,ASM,LINK}_SPEC): Add little endian support.
* sparc/sp64-elf.h ({CPP,ASM,LINK}_SPEC): Add little endian support.
(SUBTARGET_SWITCHES): Recognize -m{big,little}-endian.
({BYTES,WORDS}_BIG_ENDIAN): Likewise.
