Fortran/OpenMP: class.cc fix for mapping of DT with allocatable components
This commit: OG11 version. GCC 12/mainline submission (previous commit and this follow up): https://gcc.gnu.org/pipermail/gcc-patches/2022-March/591144.html gcc/fortran/ChangeLog: * class.c (generate_callback_wrapper): Fixes.
