[ARM][GCC][2/1x]: MVE intrinsics with unary operand.
This patch supports following MVE ACLE intrinsics with unary operand. vmvnq_n_s16, vmvnq_n_s32, vrev64q_s8, vrev64q_s16, vrev64q_s32, vcvtq_s16_f16, vcvtq_s32_f32, vrev64q_u8, vrev64q_u16, vrev64q_u32, vmvnq_n_u16, vmvnq_n_u32, vcvtq_u16_f16, vcvtq_u32_f32, vrev64q.
