mips.h (GAS_ASM_SPEC): Pass -mgp32/-mgp64 to gas.

* config/mips/mips.h (GAS_ASM_SPEC): Pass -mgp32/-mgp64 to gas.
(SIZE_TYPE): Is 32 bits when using -mgp32.
(PTRDIFF_TYPE): Ditto.
