Darwin: Handle the -rpath command line option.
This handles the command line '-rpath' option by passing it through
to the static linker.

gcc/ChangeLog:
* config.gcc: Include rpath.opt for Darwin.
* config/darwin.h (DRIVER_SELF_SPECS): Handle -rpath.
