arm: improve tests for vcmlaq*
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gcc.target/arm/mve/intrinsics/vcmlaq_f16.c: Use
check-function-bodies instead of scan-assembler checks. Use
extern "C" for C++ testing.
