(INITIALIZE_TRAMPOLINE): Delete #ifndef/#endif.
(INITIALIZE_TRAMPOLINE): Delete #ifndef/#endif. Change
function name from __enable_execute_stack to __gcc_flush_cache.
(TRANSFER_FROM_TRAMPOLINE): Likewise. Delete code calling
mprotect. Uncomment code calling cacheflush.
