sysv4.h (ASM_COMMENT_START): Delete.
* sparc/sysv4.h (ASM_COMMENT_START): Delete. * sparc/sysv4.h (ASM_OUTPUT_{FLOAT,DOUBLE,LONG_DOUBLE}): Delete, use sparc.h's copies. From-SVN: r15698
