i386-protos.h (ix86_expand_compare): Add extern decl.
* config/i386/i386-protos.h (ix86_expand_compare): Add extern decl.
* config/i386/i386.c (ix86_expand_compare): Remove `static'.
* config/i386/i386.md (trap, conditional_trap): New insn & expand.
