* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCPP_ENABLE_LONG_LONG): If strtoll isn't
available, force --disable. Need to flesh this out; make smarter.
* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
* configure: Regenerate.
* mkcheck.in: Minor tweaks.
* docs/download.html: Fix typo.
