* lib/remote.exp (standard_reboot): Return 1 instead of an empty string.
(remote_reboot): Add comment explaining return value of this procedure.
* doc/ref.xml (remote_reboot, standard_reboot): Document procedures.
* doc/dejagnu.texi: Regenerate.
