gdbsupport: replace AC_TRY_COMPILE in ptrace.m4
Replace AC_TRY_COMPILE with AC_COMPILE_IFELSE + AC_LANG_PROGRAM.
All the changes in the generated configure files are insignificant
whitespace changes.
