* configure.in: Handle host vax-*-ultrix* like vax-*-bsd*. Don't bother with
*-*-ultrix or *-*-sysv*, except *-*-sysv, since only the last has an existing
host support file. Do handle vax-bsd and vax-ultrix targets.
