* configure.in: Add --enable-warnings.
Adjust whitespace of other --with and --enable options so that
configure --help lines up correctly.
* aclocal.m4: Ditto.
* Makefile.in (WARN_CFLAGS): Add. Set by configure.
* configure: Regenerated.
