Revert "bison warning fixes"
This reverts commit 95e61695c199a07c832153cea25ae9c331d16a3c. People
still want to use older versions of bison, apparently.

* config/rl78-parse.y: Do use old %name-prefix syntax.
* config/rx-parse.y: Likewise.
