* coffgen.c (coff_real_object_p): Set start address and flags
before calling coff_mkobject_hook. Restore them on failure.
* ecoff.c (_bfd_ecoff_mkobject_hook): If not ECOFF_AOUT_ZMAGIC,
clear D_PAGED.
