Resolve dynamic target types of pointers.
When dereferencing pointers to dynamic target types,
resolve the target type.

gdb/Changelog:

* c-valprint.c (c_print_val): Resolve dynamic target types.
* valops.c (value_ind): Resolve dynamic target types.
* valprint.c (check_printable): Don't shortcut not associated
pointers.
gdb/Testsuite/Changelog:
* pointers.f90: Added pointer to dynamic types.
* gdb.fortran/pointers.exp: New.
