The Altera EPCS is SPI flash. We have been using SPI flash driver
to access EPCS for years. The old EPCS driver could be removed.

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.

-When booting from an epcs controller, the epcs bootrom may leave the
slave select in an asserted state causing soft reset hang. This
patch ensures slave select is negated at reset.

Add support for Nios-II EPCS Controller core.
