This updates the i.MX8MQ device trees and, necessarily, also the i.MX8MQ clock bindings. TISCI protocol supports for enabling the device either with exclusive permissions for the requesting host or with sharing across the hosts. There are certain devices which are exclusive to Linux context and there are certain devices that are shared across different host contexts. Transition to the IOPAD macros as used in Linux in which the pin mux mode is specified using a dedicated parameter while also dropping the related MUX_MODEx macros that are no longer needed.
