Drop the Kconfigs which are not used and all references to them. In
particular, this drops CONFIG_VIDEO to avoid confusion and allow us to
eventually rename CONFIG_DM_VIDEO to CONFIG_VIDEO.
Also drop the prototype for video_get_info_str() which is no-longer used.

Unfortunately this driver uses the old video structure to store things.
This is not supported with driver model.
Drop the old code and comment out the other pieces, so the maintainer can
take a look.

The video_uc_platdata structure no longer exists. It has been renamed
video_uc_plat.

At present ofnode is present in the device even if it is never used. With
of-platdata this field is not used, so can be removed. In preparation for
this, change the access to go through inline functions.

Try to maintain some consistency between these variables by using _plat as
a suffix for them.

Fix up the code style for those declarations that should now fit onto one
line, which is all of them that currently do not.
This is needed for dtoc to detect the structs correctly, at present.

We use 'priv' for private data but often use 'platdata' for platform data.
We can't really use 'pdata' since that is ambiguous (it could mean private
or platform data).
Rename some of the latter variables to end with 'plat' for consistency.

This construct is quite long-winded. In earlier days it made some sense
since auto-allocation was a strange concept. But with driver model now
used pretty universally, we can shorten this to 'auto'. This reduces
verbosity and makes it easier to read.
Coincidentally it also ensures that every declaration is on one line,
thus making dtoc's job easier.

Changes in relation to FriendlyARM's U-Boot nanopi2-v2016.01:
- nexell_display.c: Changed to DM, CONFIG_FB_ADDR can not be used
anymore because framebuffer is allocated by video_reserve() in
video-uclass.c. Therefore code changed appropriately.
- '#ifdef CONFIG...' changed to 'if (IS_ENABLED(CONFIG...))' where
possible (and similar).
- livetree API (dev_read_...) is used instead of fdt one (fdt...).
