2024-04-04dts: meson: Switch GXL, GXM & AXG to using upstream DTNeil Armstrong1-1/+1
Enable OF_UPSTREAM to use upstream DT and add amlogic/ prefix to the DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE. And thereby directly build DTB from dts/upstream/src/ including *-u-boot.dtsi files from arch/$(ARCH)/dts/ directory. 2024-01-22mtd: Make CONFIG_MTD be the gate symbol for the menuTom Rini1-1/+0
The help for CONFIG_MTD explains that it needs to be enabled for various things like NAND, etc to be available. It however then doesn't enforce this dependency and so if you have none of these systems present you still need to disable a number of options. Fix this by making places that select/imply one type of flash, but did not do the same, also do this for "MTD". Make boards which hadn't been enabling MTD already but need it now, do so. In a few places, disable CONFIG_CMD_MTDPARTS as it wasn't previously enabled but was now being implied. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>

2023-12-19ARM: dts: sync Amlogic GX DT to Linux v6.4Neil Armstrong1-1/+1
Sync Amlogic GXBB, GXL & GXM DTs from Linux v6.4, and also switch to GXL MDIO MUX driver to adapt to DT change, Most of the changes are only cosmetic or doesn't concern U-Boot, the most important change for U-Boot is the GXL mdio mux compatible switch to amlogic,gxl-mdio-mux. 2023-10-26ARM: meson: enable USB DFU + RAM on Amlogic boards with USB GadgetNeil Armstrong1-0/+2

2023-01-20ARM: meson: switch AXG & GX dwc2 otg to DMNeil Armstrong1-0/+1
With CONFIG_DM_USB_GADGET=y, we no longer need any board_usb_*() logic because: * the dwc2 driver is DM compatible, and handles its own clock enabling * the dwc3-meson-gxl glue drivers handles "force mode switching" Remove all mach-meson gx & axg usb code and enable CONFIG_DM_USB_GADGET. Note: Only configs having both CONFIG_USB_DWC3_MESON_GXL=y *and* USB_GADGET_DWC2_OTG=y have been updated. 2022-10-31Rename CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE to CONFIG_TEXT_BASESimon Glass1-1/+1
The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL(). Rename it to resolve this problem. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>

2022-06-06Migrate CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to Kconfig using system-constants.hTom Rini1-0/+2
- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR - Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation. - On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them. - On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation. - CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most board config header files. 2022-01-07configs: amlogic: Disable CONFIG_NET_RANDOM_ETHADDR when unnecessaryNeil Armstrong1-1/+0
On Meson GXL, GXM, AXG, G12A, G12B & SM1 SoCs, we can generate an unique MAC address if none valid found in the eFuses storage. Only the GXBB based boards doesn't have a fallback way to generate an unique MAC address, so we rely on CONFIG_NET_RANDOM_ETHADDR to have a valid one. An exception is the Radxa Zero board who doesn't have Ethernet on board so depends on an (or multiple) eventual USB adapters, so leaving the CONFIG_NET_RANDOM_ETHADDR configs seems safer.
