2020-05-18	command: Remove the cmd_tbl_t typedef	Simon Glass	1	-1/+2
	We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward declarations which means that header files must include the full header to access them. 	This patch adds smc and hvc commands, that allow issuing Secure Monitor Calls and Hypervisor Calls conforming to the ARM SMC Calling Convention.
