board: nitrogen6x: migrate to CONFIG_DM_VIDEO
Enable driver model for Video to remove compiler warning.
To enable display, issue
setenv stdout serial,vidconsole;
Add CONFIG_DM_VIDEO to all defconfigs whose board is
nitrogen6x.
