* ftpd.c: Don't include <varargs.h>. If POSIX is defined, include
unistd.h, otherwise define getcwd to call getwd.

(pwd): Use getcwd instead of getwd. If POSIX, change the error
handling accordingly.
* popen.c (getdtablesize): New function on hpux or __svr4__.
