	(pwd): Use getcwd instead of getwd.  If POSIX, change the error
	handling accordingly.
	* popen.c (getdtablesize): New function on hpux or __svr4__.
	(ftpd_pclose): If WAIT_USES_INT, use int instead of union wait.
