Encourage use of the macros for the various "sub" functions
Don't call WPACKET_sub_memcpy(), WPACKET_sub_allocation_bytes() and WPACKET_start_sub_packet_len() directly. Reviewed-by: Rich Salz <rsalz@openssl.org>
