Fix various things to let OpenSSL even pass ``egcc -pipe -O2 -Wall -Wshadow
-Wpointer-arith -Wcast-align -Wmissing-prototypes -Wmissing-declarations -Wnested-externs -Winline'' with EGCS 1.1.2+
