From 6ef8a2c76a79f803343d0d1242cacd1265246153 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Joseph Myers Date: Wed, 26 Apr 2017 15:26:47 +0000 Subject: Default build-many-glibcs.py to GCC 7 branch. Now there is a GCC 7 release branch, this patch makes build-many-glibcs.py default to using it instead of GCC 6. Relative to GCC 6, this fixes the MicroBlaze build but introduces ICEs building glibc testcases for SH (GCC PRs 78459, 78460; the latter is an out-of-memory issue so you may want to set memory limits when running build-many-glibcs.py). * scripts/build-many-glibcs.py (Context.checkout): Default gcc version to 7 branch. --- scripts/build-many-glibcs.py | 2 +- 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+), 1 deletion(-) (limited to 'scripts/build-many-glibcs.py') diff --git a/scripts/build-many-glibcs.py b/scripts/build-many-glibcs.py index 388abc3..6f11a9c 100755 --- a/scripts/build-many-glibcs.py +++ b/scripts/build-many-glibcs.py @@ -683,7 +683,7 @@ class Context(object): def checkout(self, versions): """Check out the desired component versions.""" default_versions = {'binutils': 'vcs-2.28', - 'gcc': 'vcs-6', + 'gcc': 'vcs-7', 'glibc': 'vcs-mainline', 'gmp': '6.1.1', 'linux': '4.10', -- cgit v1.1
