For numbers ending in all zeros eat the zeroes even before the decimal point if the exponent is negative [PR libc/2072]. * stdlib/Makefile (tests): Add bug-strtod. * stdlib/bug-strtod.c: New file. * posix/regex.c (regex_compile): Don't store pointer in wchar_t array.
