* debug/vfprintf_chk.c: Likewise.
* debug/vprintf_chk.c: Likewise.
* debug/vsnprintf_chk.c: Likewise.
* debug/vsprintf_chk.c: Likewise.
* stdio-common/vfprintf.c: Likewise. Detect missing %N$ formats.
* debug/tst-chk1.c: Test detection of missing %N$ formats.
