gethstbynm functions.

* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/syscalls.list: Add sys_mknod. Don't
mark sigreturn as EXTRA.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ustat.c: Declare __syscall_ustat.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/ustat.c: New file. Alpha version.
