* configure.in: Add test for availability of libaudit.
* config.h.in: Define HAVE_LIBAUDIT.
* config.make.in: Define have-libaudit.
* nscd/Makefile: If libaudit is available, link nscd with it.
* nscd/selinux.c: If HAVE_LIBAUDIT is defined, log using libaudit.
