* tst-cancel4.c: Add tests for the socket and signal functions, pause.
Also test early cancellation before the thread reaches the cancellation
point.
* Makefile: Compile forward.c with exceptions.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sleep.c: New file.
