* sysdeps/generic/memrchr.c: New file, adapted from memchr.c.
* sysdeps/i386/bits/string.h (__memrchr): New function.
* string/string.h: Declare memrchr, __memrchr.
* manual/string.texi (Search Functions): Document memrchr.
